Why is the battery icon still flashing after a long period of charging?
It is likely that your iTeddy is fully charged.
- Disconnect the Media Player from the mains charger.
- If the battery icon now shows four bars, then the battery is fully charged.
Why is my media player not responding?
The Media Player has frozen.
- Although uncommon, freezing of the screen or buttons is not serious.
- Press the Lock and Play buttons down together for about 5 seconds to reset the media player.
Why do personal video content files cause an 'ASI error' on my Media Player?
These files are incompatible with iTeddy.
- iTeddy is only compatible with AVI, MPEG and WMV video files.
Why do personal audio content files cause an 'ASI error' on my Media Player?
These files are incompatible with iTeddy.
- iTeddy is only compatible with MP3, WAV, WMA and AAC audio files.
Why are some of the buttons on my Media Player not working?
It is possible to 'mis-press' the buttons on the Media Player.
- Try pressing the buttons in a firm but controlled manner.
- Do not use excessive force when pressing buttons on the Media Player.
Why does my media player say 'Low Battery - Charging Please Wait' when charging?
Your Media Player battery has run very low on power.
- If your Media Player's battery is run right down, then this message will automatically be displayed upon charging.
- Simply allow the Media Player to charge for between 10 & 20 minutes, and the message will disappear of it's own accord.
Why is the USB / headphone jack not fully going into my Media Player?
Try inserting the jack in a firm but controlled manner.
- Do not use excessive force when inserting the jack into the media player.
